Niagara Elementary Instrumental Music
Business Profile
Niagara Elementary Instrumental Music is an extra curricular music program for all elementary students within the District School Board of Niagara starting in grades 3 to grade 8 (percussion grades 5~8).
Originally part of the Lincoln County Board of Education since the 1960’s, we offer in-school classes for all musically-inclined students who are interested in learning…
- Brass Instruments: Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Baritone Horn & Tuba
- Woodwind Instruments: Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, Clarinet, Alto & Tenor Saxophone
- Percussion: Snare Drum, Bass Drum, Cymbals, Orchestra Bells, Xylophone, Vibraphone, Timpani, Bongos, and Auxiliary Percussion
- Stringed Instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass
Along with weekly In-school classes, students participate in a weekly After-school Band or Orchestra Rehearsal. Instruments may be used from Niagara Elementary Instrumental Music for a nominal fee or students may use their own instrument. Our Instructors provide parents with updates in the form of progress reports twice a year and invite all to “open” Band or Orchestra rehearsals along with a Christmas Concert and Year End Concert.
Our Music Program runs because of YOU and your elementary school age child. We do not solicit or receive any monies from outside organizations or from the District School Board of Niagara. Our prices remain more than competitive in comparison to private instruction. For only $5.00 per lesson (2 lessons per week), your child can learn and musically grow with the Niagara Elementary Instrumental Music program. Give us a try and become one of thousands of music students within the Niagara Region that has had the opportunity of experiencing the Niagara Elementary Instrumental Music program. We feel you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
