This 2.5 hour introductory workshop for care partners at the Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region, runs the second Wednesday of each month from 10am – 12:30pm, and will cover the following topics:

– How to get a diagnosis

– Managing difficult conversations

– Self-care strategies

– ASNR and other community services
